Amish Khandhar

Amish Khandhar has been a Chartered Accountant since 2003 and is Co-founder partner of Khandhar Mehta & Shah. He looks after the Indirect Tax Practice of the firm and specializes in Service Tax. He has been instrumental in structuring and formulating effective tax strategies for various corporates that have culminated into substantial tax advantages. In addition to the advisory role, Amish also leads KMS Indirect Tax Litigation practice. Amish, a regular contributor to the journals published by ICAI and other professional Bulletins, is also the chairman of the Service Tax committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Ahmedabad. He has addressed various forums for the public as a whole regarding the changes in Service Tax.

Rashmin Vaja

Rashmin joined the firm in 2007 after previously working for many years in local practice. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has vast experience in Consulting and Litigation and has advised several Indian Corporates in the field of Service Tax. He has also delivered various lectures at different forums of Service Tax in Gujarat.
